摘    要:采用多层共挤出技术成功制备了3,5,9,17,33,65和129层不同白炭黑含量的软硬交替多层硅橡胶材料,研究了交替多层结构对硅橡胶复合体系力学性能的影响规律。所制备的交替多层硅橡胶具有规则的二维连续层状结构,且随着层数的增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均随之增加,抗压缩性能明显提高;与3层的硅橡胶试样相比,129层的硅橡胶的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度分别提升了42.5%和70.2%。

Abstract:The silicone rubber materials with soft and hard alternating multilayered structure were successfully fabricated by multilayer co-extrusion technique. The influence of alternate multilayer structure on the mechanical properties of silicone rubber was discussed. The regular and continuous multilayered structure was observed. Meanwhile, with the increase of the layer number, the tensile strength and elongation at break increased, and the compressibility was also obviously improved. Compared with that of 3-layer of silicone rubber, the elongation at break and tensile strength of 129-layer silicone rubber were increased by 42.5% and 70.2%, respectively.
