横加热涂钨平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定痕量铟的研究

摘    要:在TAS-990原子吸收分光光度计上,对横加热涂钨平台石墨炉原子吸收法测定铟进行了研究。试验表明,与不经涂钨的横加热平台石墨炉相比,涂钨横加热平台石墨炉测量铟的灵敏度显著提高。考察的4种化学改进剂Ag,Ni,La和Ld中,选择La和镍比较合适。测定了人工合成铝、铜、钙和锌等试样中的痕量铟,同时与纵加热涂钨平台石墨炉进行了比较。横加热比纵加热的灰化、原子化温度低,时间短;反应介质对测量灵敏度的影响,大小顺序完全一致,即HNO3>H2SO4>HCl。对共存元素Al,Zn,Ca,Mg,Na和Cu等的研究表明,横

Abstract:The determination of trace indium by transversely heated tungsten-coating platform graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry has been studied on TAS-990 atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The results indicate that the tangsten-coating platform graphite tube could enhance the sensitivity of determination of indium.In four chemical modifiers(Ag,Ni,La and Pd)examined,the selection of La and Ni is suitable.The determination of trace indium in aluminium,copper,calcium and zinc samples has been performed.In comparison with longitudinally heated tungsten-coating platform graphite tube,the ashing and atomization temperature/time of transversely heated are lower and shorter.The effect of mediums on the sensitivities of determination are of HNO3>H2SO4>HCl.The coexistent elements of Al,Zn,Ca,Mg,Na and Cu have been studied.The results indicate that the transversely heated method has stronger anti-interference ability than longitudinally heated method.
