摘    要:介绍了一种冲压模具技术在复杂断面冷弯型钢生产线上定尺切断技术的应用.围栏桩冷弯型钢是一种端面复杂并且封闭的型材,为了充分发挥生产线的效率、提高产品质量、改善生产环境,采用冲压模具对围栏桩冷弯型钢在线切断.通过分析围栏桩冷弯型钢的冲压工艺和生产线特点,确定了模具结构及数量,对模具具体设计作了深入分析,从产品展开到模架选择,从确定模具结构到运动过程分析都做了详细探讨,特别阐述了凸模的设计要点.通过实际生产证明这种切断方式具有噪声小、断面质量高和效率高的优点.

Abstract:The application of stamping technology to the length shearing technique used on the production line of cold- bending section steel was introduced. Fence stump is a type of cold-bending section steel with complex and close crosssection. In order to bring the production line into its most efficiency, and improve the product quality and the production environment, stamping dies were utilized to shear the cold-bending section steel of the fence stump on line. By analyzing the stamping technology and the characteristics of the cold-bending section steel production line for producing fence stump, the number and the structure of the dies were decided. The concrete designing process was deeply ana- lyzed. The details, ranging from unbending the finish product to selecting the die carriers, from determining the die structure to analyzing the process of motion were investigated particularly, and especially elaborated the key points of the male die design. The productive practice demonstrates that this method of shearing bears the advantages of low noise, high cross-section quality and high productivity.
