摘    要:
针对一台40000 m3/h制氧机组1#、2#分子筛空气进口阀切换动作程序存在的设计缺陷,为了避免在生产过程中产生阀门的动作异常,提出改进方法,并对改进的控制系统进行了检验,纠正了生产过程中阀门的动作异常情况,保持了工艺的稳定。

Abstract:
There were design defects in switching action program of the air inlet valve of the No.1 and No.2 molecular sieves of the 40000 m3/h air separator.To avoid abnormal action of the valve in production,the improvement measures were advanced.The improved control system was inspected.The abnormal action of the valve in production was avoided and the stability of the process was kept.
