煤灰熔融性对气化用煤的影响

摘    要:以实验室所评价的气化用煤样为依据,采用添加不同助熔剂或添加不同灰融熔性的煤以改变煤灰熔融性,讨论了煤灰融熔性对液态排渣气化用煤的影响.结果表明,添加助熔剂或添加不同灰融熔性的煤可以改变煤灰熔融性,同时应根据实验确定助熔剂的种类及添加量、掺配煤种及掺配比例.

Abstract:The influence of coal ash fusibility to slag-tap gasifier was discussed based on the experiment of flux adding and coal blending with different ash fusibility on the basis of laboratory gasifying coal.The results showed that ash fusibility could be changed by adding flux or blending coal with different ash fusibility.The species and addition of a flux or that of a mixed coal should be determined based on test results.
