电解法处理有机废水的初步研究

摘    要:分析电解过程的因素对有机废水处理后各指标去除率,COD、氨氮、浊度和色度的影响。利用正交实验,分析电解法对屠宰场有机废水的处理效果,确定最佳的工艺条件。试验结果表明:在一定的极板间距下,采用减小废水流量,增大电流强度,延长电解时间对COD、氨氮、浊度、色度去除率都有明显的提高。

Abstract:This paper introduces an application of slaughter organic wastewater after dynamic electrolysis. In the electrolysis processing, various factors influencing removal rates of COD, NH3 - N, color and muddy degree were discussed. The orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal processing conditions of treating slaughter organic wastewater by electrolysis. The result showed that maintain the same electrode distance the removal rates of COD,NH3 - N,color and muddy degree can be improved when lower the flowing of wastewater, magnifying the intensity of electric current and extending the duration of electrolysis .
