SiO2微粒增强水泥基复合材料的研究

摘    要:
讨论了硅溶胶、纳米SiO2和SiO2微粉对水泥基材料的改性效果和增强规律。测试结果显示,硅溶胶对水泥基体有明显的增强效果,其抗压强度增加规律与抗折强度增加规律有较好的一致性。通过扫描电镜分析,比较了微观结构的差异,并提出了关于它们增强机理的假设。

Abstract:
The reinforcement effect of silica sol. nano-silicon dioxide and SiO2 granule was discussed in this paper. On the basis of the effect, the reinforcement mechanism of the behavior and performance of silica sol. nano-silicon dioxide and SiO2 granule were given. The test of the results of these composite showed that there was significant enhancement in modified silica sol reinforced material as well as nano-silicon dioxide and SiO2 granule reinforced material .Furthermore ,the difference of microstructures were described and analyzed with the help of the SEM observation.
