摘    要:由于并联加工中心的制造误差、并联加工中心主轴和动平台间存在的不垂直度误差,会使零件加工表面形成阶梯;此外由于一般CAM软件形成五坐标加工程序时,不能对拐点处进行减速和变姿态,容易引起叶片加工在拐点处过切。因此,研究主轴和动平台间不垂直度误差测量和补偿方法,和判断加工程序拐点和对拐点速度进行处理的方法,用以解决这两个问题。
