摘    要:由于矿物质中硅酸盐在用盐酸、高氯酸溶解试样时不易分解完全,在实际操作中用国标法测定白云石、石灰石中SiO2结果偏低。为此,试样以盐酸溶解后,用滤纸过滤不溶解于盐酸的残渣,回收的残渣加入适量碳酸钠、硼酸混合溶剂熔融、酸化,合并于主液中,加高氯酸脱水,再用重量法测定SiO2的含量,确保了测量结果的准确性。

Abstract:The silicon dioxide in the dolomite and limestone in the actual production is often determined according to the GB code. But because silicate in mineral substance is not easy to be dissolved completely by the hydrochloric acid and perchloric acid, the result of the silicon dioxide is used to be low. In this test, first dissolving the sample by the hydroc, hloric acid, then filtering what does not dissolve in the hydrochloric acid with the filtering paper, dissolving the recycling residual with the right amount sodium carbonate and boric acid and dehydrating the total solution by perchlorie acid, at last determining the content by the weight method, the experiment proves that this kind of methed is good enough to the accuracy of results.
