| 摘 要： | 本文应用参数分布拟合假设检验、相关分析及线性回归分析等多元统计技术研究了动物体内铅、镉、汞的累积富集规律以及与喂养饲料的相关关系,建立了动物体内重金属累积富集与饲料中重金属含量关系的数学模型。结果表明,铅、镉、汞易在兔肝、兔肾中富集,不易在兔肉中富集;兔肾中铅、镉、汞含量与饲料中铅、镉、汞含量显著相关并呈良好的线性关系,回归模型分别为Y=-0.51＋0.16X,Y=-1.12＋4.36X,Y=-1.97＋1.26X。

| Abstract: | Cumulation and enrichment of lead,cadmium,mercury and correlativity with feedstuff were studied by multivariate statistical technique that includes parameter distribution test of hypotheses,correlation analysis and linear regression analysis.Mathematical models of heavy metal cumulation and enrichment with feedstuff were built.Results indicated that lead,cadmium,mercury are easy to enrich in liver and kidney of rabbit,not in meat.The content of lead,cadmium,mercury is related with feedstuff,and linear equat... |
