摘    要:在常压下,利用一种新型的反常辉光放电反应器,使CO2重整CH4制取合成气。实验表明,反应体系输入功率、原料气配比和流量等对反应结果有着较大影响。在常压下,当输入功率为437 W、n(CH4)∶n(CO2)=4∶6及流量为140 mL/min时,CH4和CO2的转化率分别高达91.9%和83.2%,并且CO和H2的选择性分别为82.4%和62.1%。通过调配原料的配比,可以得到不同n(H2)∶n(CO)比值的合成气。

Abstract:A new type of plasma, abnormal glow discharge, was used to investigate synthesis gas production from reforming methane and carbon dioxide. It is shown through the lab test that CH_4, CO_2 conversion, H_2, CO selectivity, and ratio of H_2/CO varied with changing of discharging power, total flux, and the ratio of CH_4/CO_2. Under the constant pressure, when input power was 500 W,total flux of feeding gases was 140 mL/min and the ratio of nCH_4/nCO_2 was 4:6, the conversion of CH_4 and CO_2 was as high as 91.9% and 83.2% respectively, the selectivity of CO and H_2 were 82.4% and 62.1%. Through blending the feeding gases in different ratio, different values of synthesis gas (nH_2/nCO_2) can be obtained.
