摘    要:
介绍了一种矿山支护用钢筋网生产线专用机械手的机械机构和控制系统.并阐述了该机械手定位系统的关键技术和解决方案.该机械手可以通过合理调整抓手间距,对不同规格的钢筋网实现抓网及码垛任务,并达到了厂方提出的抓网可靠、迅速,码垛整齐的要求.同时,对该机械手的抓网及码垛部分设计了完备的定位控制系统,使其定位速度及其定位精度都达到实际要求.经厂方长期使用证明,该机械手运行可靠,操作便捷.

Abstract:
Introducing the structure characteristics of a manipulator of the automatic welding equipment for steel mesh welding, giving the details about manufacturing, debugging of mainframe and it applying in the production. And also giving the positioning system technology and the key solution. This manipulator can grasp different reinforced network. The machine is used to automatically feed and unload in steel mesh welding machine. Through manufacturer long - term use, the system is reliable and convenient.
