| 摘 要： | 章首先介绍了定位的国际规范概况以及国内相关标准的编写背景。随后描述定位平台接口的技术要求。在介绍了定位网络参考模型之后，重点描述了为实现定位业务，现有CDMA网络实体接口上需要增加的操作以及参数。最后介绍了定位业务的一个典型的实现流程。
