基于DSP/CPLD的电梯永磁同步曳引机驱动与控制系统的设计

摘    要:设计了以ADI AD7606专用A/D转换数据芯片为系统控制核心,以CPLD EPM3256ATC144-10N为电气安全保护系统核心.采用智能功率模块对永磁同步电动机进行驱动的一种新型电梯曳引机驱动与控制系统。阐述了基于DSP/CPLD的新型电梯曳引机驱动与控制系统的总体设计方案、系统硬件整体架构设计、模块功能设计、核心电子器件及其选型。

Abstract:In this paper, a new drive and control system of permanent magnet synchronous machine of elevator is designed. The system equips with the intelligent power module for PMSM control, the chip of ADI AD7606 as control core, and the CPLD EPM3256ATC144-10N as core of electrical safety protection. The total design scheme, the over all structure of hardware, the functions of modules, and the key electronic devices of the new drive and control system of elevator machine with PMSM based on DSP/CPLU were declared.
