丰满水电站老压力钢管加固与改造

摘    要:丰满1-10号水电机组的压钢管是日伪时期制造、安装的,由于受当时制造,焊接工艺水平的限制,焊接普遍存在大量的气孔,夹渣和未焊透等严重缺陷,母材的冲击韧性低,止裂性差,导致压力钢管存在腕断的可能。为了防止意外事故的发生,确保丰满电站的安全运行,采取了“内衬管法”与与更换明管段相结合的方法,对我厂老水压钢管进行了全面地加固与改造,收到了良好的效果,本文主要了丰满二号机组水压钢管加固方法及效果。

Abstract:The penstocks of all the ten turbine-generator units in Fengman Hydropower Project were manufactured and assembled in 1940s.Because of the low procedue of manufacturing and welding in that time,the weld flaw is widespread.Also the impact tenacity and fracture resistance of steel plate is weak,which may cause the brittle fracture of penstocks.In order to ensure the safety of Fengman Hydropower Project,all the old penstocks are reinforced and recreated successfully.The measures having been taken are “inner-liner-pipe-method” jointed by replacement of the open-air part of the penstocks.As an example,this paper introduces the reinforcement method and results of the penstock of No.2 turbine-generator unit.
