磺酸原位掺杂煤基聚苯胺的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用化学原位乳液聚合法合成十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)掺杂煤基聚苯胺导电复合材料(CBP-DBSA)。研究了反应体系中煤粉用量,聚合温度,聚合时间、苯胺单体浓度及过硫酸铵、DBSA用量对复合材料电导率的影响,确定了较佳的反应条件.同时考察了热处理温度对CBP-DBSA电导率的影响,并且通过FTIR、TGA测试手段对复合材料的结构、热稳定性进行了表征和分析。

Abstract:Coal-based polyaniline-p-dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid(CBP-DBSA) conducting composites were synthesized in-situ by chemical latex polymerization method. The effect of temperature,time,aniline concentration and coal,APS,DBSA amount in reaction system on conductivity of CBP-DBSA composites were studied, and a better polymerization condition was established. At the same time, the effect of heat treatment temperature on CBP-DBSA conductivity was investigated, and configuration,thermal stability of composites were characterized and analysized by FTIR,TGA measurement.
