氨氧化细菌富集培养的实验研究

摘    要:建立了一种氨氧化细菌的富集培养方法.采用该技术培养30 d,氨氧化细菌能够富集达到90%的亚硝酸盐累积率.同时进行了扩大规模的实验,结果也验证了该技术的可行性,为短程硝化-反硝化的实际应用提供了依据.

Abstract:An enrichment technique for ammonia oxidizing bacteria was introduced in this paper. With ammonia oxidizing bacteria enriched after 30 days using the enrichment technique, the nitrite accumulation rate could reach 90%. The large-scale experiment was done and the result validated the feasibility of the enrichment technique, so it provided important evidence for ,practical application of shortcut nitrification and denitrification.
