变频器逆变单元控制死区时间的补偿

摘    要:分析了导致逆变单元非线性畸变的控制死区时间对系统的输出电压、输出电流和运行稳定性的影响,指出这些影响在功率器件的开关频率较高或死区时间较大时是不能忽略的.在分析了传统死区时间补偿方法的缺点之后,提出了适合于通用变频器的基于旋转坐标变换的死区时间补偿方法.它将检测到的三相定子电流转化到同步旋转坐标系中进行处理,而不会引起幅值的变化,也不存在相位滞后的问题.补偿结果表明,该方法特别适用于工作在低频状态时的系统和小容量系统.

Abstract:Take the example of the dead-time, its influence on the output voltage, the output current and running stability of the system is studied comprehensively, which can not be neglected as the carrier frequency goes up or the dead-time is bigger. Based on the analysis of traditional compensation methods, a method compensating the dead-time in a synchronous rotating reference frame is proposed, which fits for general-purpose inverters. This method will not result in the amplitude variation and avoids the phase lag by transforming 3-phase stator current into synchronous rotating reference frame. The compensation results show that this method fits for the system with less capacity or the system running in low frequency.
