载重斜交轮胎胎圈钢丝包胶配方优化

摘    要:对载重斜交轮胎胎圈钢丝包胶配方进行优化。试验结果表明:在胎圈钢丝包胶中加入粘合剂RH和硼酰化钴,增大补强填充剂和芳烃油的用量,并对配方进行适当调整,胶料强度虽有所降低,但与胎圈钢丝的粘合性能明显提高,成品轮胎胎圈质量改善,生产成本降低。

Abstract:The bead wire compound of bias truck tire was optimized.The test results showed that,by adding adhesive RH and cobalt boroacylate in bead compound,increasing the addition level of reinforcing filler and aromatic oil,and properly adjusting the formula,the strength of bead compound decreased slightly,but the adhesion property with bead wire increased significantly.The bead quality of finished tire was improved,and the production cost was reduced.
