载重子午线轮胎氮气硫化工艺

摘    要:介绍载重子午线轮胎氮气硫化的基本原理及氮气硫化工艺,分析氮气泄漏和硫化胶囊上下温差过大等氮气硫化工艺问题的产生原因,并采取相应的改进措施。改进后氮气平均泄漏速率为0.02MPa·min-1,温差由原来的近30℃降低到8.4℃,改进效果明显。

Abstract:The principle of nitrogen curing and nitrogen curing technology for TBR tire were introduced.Problems such as nitrogen leakage and large temperature difference between upper and lower curing bladders were analyzed and their countermeasures were proposed.After modification,the average rate of nitrogen leakage was 0.02 MPa·min-1,and the temperature difference decreased from nearly 30 ℃ to 8.4 ℃.The modification effect was significant.
