模糊控制系统组态平台的设计及应用

摘    要:提出一种模糊控制系统可视化组态平台设计和实现方法.在该平台上可以方便地实现对隶属函数和规则集的设计并用遗传算法加以优化.系统提供多种改进的模糊控制算法,根据实际被控对象特点组态控制系统,通过仿真设计控制器参数,并可以在线整定控制系统的可调参数,以实现对复杂工业过程的复合控制.对实际工业对象的控制结果表明,该平台组态灵活方便,复合控制算法比常规控制具有更强的鲁棒性和更好的稳态性能,能使系统的响应满足既快速又不振荡的要求.

Abstract:A design and implement method of visual configuration platform for fuzzy control system are presented. On this platform, membership function and fuzzy rules can expediently be designed and optimized by genetic algorithm. The system supplies several modified fuzzy control algorithms. Users can configurate the control system according to the controlled object, design the parameters of controller by simulating and modify them on line in order to control for the complicated industrial processes. The practice shows that the configuration platform is inflexibly and expediently. The complex fuzzy control algorithms have better robustness and steady-state performance, and meet the requirement of quick and nonescillatory response compared with routine control.
