电动潜油泵电动机保护器性能测试系统的研究

摘    要:分析了电动潜油泵电动机保护器失效的原因,对保护器静态和动态密封性能、高速运转后保护器内电机油的电性能、动态时保护器性能参数等进行了系统测试研究,建立了完整的电潜泵电动机保护器性能测试系统,保证了保护器制造质量,确保保护器对电动机的保护作用。现场应用表明,在电潜泵机组所有部件故障中保护器故障减少,消除了由于保护器失效故障引起的电动机故障,电动机故障率比原来降低10%,同时延长了电潜泵机组运转周期。

Abstract:The reason of protector failure of ESP (electric submersible pump) motor is analyzed. The static and dynamic seal performance of the protector, the electric performance of lubricating oil inside the protector after the high-speed running as well as the performance parameters in the dynamic state are tested and studied systematically. The complete performance testing system for the protector of ESP motor is established, ensuring the manufacturing quality of the protector and the protecting effect of the protector on the motor. The field application indicates that the protector's failure is decreased greatly among all the parts of ESP assembly, solving the problem of motor failure due to the protector failure. The motor failure is reduced by 10% compared with the past and the running period of the ESP assembly is extended, too.
