微机控制DR/ICT射线检测系统的研制

摘    要:工业X射线检测是通过数字射线成像(DR)和工业计算机层析(ICT)对金属构件进行无损检测的一项技术,结合一套DR/ICT检测设备的研制,把微机控制应用到检测系统伺服驱动和图像采集模块的控制中,实现了工业射线自动检测和控制功能,并通过实验验证了系统的可靠性和稳定性。

Abstract:Industrial radiographic inspection is a non-destructive testing method,using technology of digital radiography and industrial computed tomography.Combining with the development of an industrial radiographic inspection system,computer-control is applied to the servo system and image acquisition system,and the function of automatic testing and control is realized.It is indicated through experiments that the reliability and stability of the system is realized.
