煤矸石对硬化水泥浆体结构形成的影响

摘    要:
通过对硬化水泥浆体物理力学性能的检测,结合XRD和SEM分析,研究了不同掺量的煤矸石对硬化水泥浆体水化性能的影响。结果表明:随着煤矸石掺量的增加,水泥的标准稠度用水量增加,凝结时间缩短,抗压强度降低,熟料矿物的水化速率提高,水泥-煤矸石体系的水化速率降低。煤矸石掺量不同,水化模式亦不同。

Abstract:
By means of physical property test of the cement paste as well as XRD and SEM, the effects of coal gangue with different proportions in cement on the hydraulic properties of hardened cement paste had been studied. The result showed that as the content of coal gangue increased, the water requirement for normal consistency increased, the setting time of the cement shortened, the compressive strength of cement decreased, the rate of hydration of cement minerals increased but that of coal gangue decreased. The different content of coal gangue cause different hydration patent of that blended cement.
