摘    要:针对间歇化工厂产品市场变化快的特点,提出了基于订单更改的多产品厂调度在线调整模型:该模型根据生产进度对产品进行分类,并结合原调度采取相应的调整策略,得到满意的调整方案。模型基于原调度,不需增加太多变量,故在建模和实际应用中易于实现。文中将该模型用于无限中间储罐的间歇多产品厂调度在线调整实例,并通过调度调整方案对订单更改时刻的灵敏度分析找出了目标函数的影响因素。

Abstract:The scheduling of batch chemical processes has been the focus of a substantial amount of research, focused primarily on building schedules for processes which are assumed to operate in a deterministic manner, where it is assumed that all scheduling parameters such as customer orders, product demands, processing times, etc., have constant known values. However, parameter variability within the scheduling time horizon is a common situation in practice. This work describes a novel model to address the problem of on-line modification of the deterministic scheduling in case of orders changing, for multiproduct batch process schedule. The model is based on the original deterministic schedule, and only needs to increasing fewer variables to address the problem of order changing which includes rush orders and orders repeal, and the scope of its solution space shrinks sharply. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is illustrated through case studies from scheduling literature. By analysing the sensitivity ofmakespan coupled with the orders changed time, the paper indicates the essential factor influencing makespan at different time section.
