基于磁致伸缩传感器的液位连续控制系统设计

摘    要:分析了目前水位控制精度不良的原因,介绍了一种基于磁致伸缩液位传感器的水位控制系统,建立了各功能模块的测量模型,对磁致伸缩液位传感器的电路和超声波除垢系统进行了详细设计,分析了影响传感器精度和稳定性的可能因素;测试结果表明,这种模块化的设计系统,可灵活地线性调整水位等各项电路参数,具有很好的动态特性.

Abstract:It analyses the reasons of current undesirable level control precision,and introduces a kind of water control system based on magnetostrictive level sensor,and establishes the measurement models of the functional modules,and designs magnetostrictive level sensor circuit and ultrasonic descaling system.It analyzed the sensor precision and stability of the possible factors.The test results show that the modular design system can adjust flexibly linear circuit parameters,which has good dynamic characteristics.
