摘    要:为了对比表面测定结果的可靠性作出估算,除了给出点估算值外,还应同时给出区间估算直。本文讨论了用 V_m 和 C 联合置信域估算比表面置信区间的方法,指出只有用最优化法,按非线性BE(?)原式处理实验数据,才能得(?)V_α的最小残差平方和,给出真实的置信区间。用线性化 BET方程,按线性最小二乘法处理,常常给出夸大的假象区间。并讨论了以置信域容积最小为目标的实验设计,指出在 p/p_0=0.05和0.25两个端点处测定 V_α,能给出最佳置信区间。


Interval Estimation in BET Measurement of Surface Area
Abstract:In order to estimate the reliability of surface area measurement,interval esti-mation must be given together with point estimation.In this paper,the methodfor estimating confidence interval of surface area is discussed.The minimumresidual quadratic sum of V_a and the confidence region can only be obtained bytreating experimental data by means of optimization according to the original non-linear BET equation.V_m and C estimated from the method of linear least squares,tend to give exaggerated results on confidence region.In this paper,experimentaldesign for identifying the minimum confidence region is discussed indicating thatthe best experimental end points are:(p/p_0)_1=0.05 and(p/p_0)_2=0.25.
