摘    要:概述聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)压电薄膜的优点,介绍国内外在材料研究和传感器件的研究、应用方面的进展。重点介绍国外PVDF压电传感器在工业自动化、医疗、冲击测试等方面的应用实例,以及国内材料研究、试验测试的进展情况。指出PVDF压电材料在多个领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The advantages of PVDF piezoelectric film are reviewed. The advances in the research of PVDF material and in the research and application of sensor devices at home and abroad .especially some application examples of PVDF piezoelectric sensors in the fields of industrial automatization, medical implements, impact pulse detection, etc. abroad are introduced. The trend of its practical application is prospected as well.
