摘    要:采用失重法研究了浸泡时间和微量合金元素Fe、Mg、Ti对氯碱工业用镍材在熔融烧碱(NaOH)中均匀腐蚀(全面腐蚀)速率的影响。结果表明:随着浸泡时间的延长,含不同量合金元素的镍材在熔融烧碱中的腐蚀速率均呈现先增大后降低,然后逐渐趋于稳定的趋势;在熔融烧碱中,Fe对镍材的耐蚀性有不利影响,而Mg、Ti对镍材的耐蚀性无明显影响。

Abstract:Effects of immersion time and trace alloying elements Fe,Mg and Ti on the general corrosion behavior of industrial nickel in molten caustic soda were evaluated by weight-loss method.The results show that with the increase of immersion time,corrosion rates of all nickel materials with different concentrations of alloying elements in molten caustic soda increased first and then decreased,and then gradually became stable.In molten caustic soda,Fe had an adverse effect on the corrosion resistance of nickel,while Mg and Ti had no significant effect on the corrosion resistance of nickel.
