摘    要:随着o2o商业模式及"互联网+"的发展,外卖服务融入到人们的日常生活中,给快节奏的都市生活带来便利。越来越多的外卖形式和种类的出现,使得人们对于外卖服务的要求也随之提高,用户更关注外卖的品质和体验。文章通过文献调研、问卷调查等方式,将数据与图表结合,分析用户在使用外卖时的需求。基于外卖存储站点、实时画面监督、餐盒回收功能、餐具数量细化、外卖时效转售等用户具体体验对小程序进行设计。通过对点餐平台内的功能进行升级及增加,并提出外卖储存点的概念,提高用户体验的同时让外卖服务为快节奏的城市生活带来更多可能。

WeChat Mini Program Interface Design Based on Optimized Delivery Service

Abstract:With the development of the o2o business model and "Internet + ", takeaway services are integrated into people’s daily lives, bringing convenience to fast-paced cities. More and more forms and types of take-outs have made people’s requirements for take-out services increase, and users are more concerned about the quality and experience of takeout. According to different researching methods that include literature analysis, questionnaire survey, combination of data and charts and other methods, this article analyzes questions of cutlery consumption, status of ordering meals, online sub purchase of takeout to design takeout interface of WeChat mini program that improves customer’s experience of delivering storage site, real time monitoring, takeout box recycling, separate selection of cutlery quantity and online sub purchase. Based on upgrading these functions, the article also provides a concept of delivering storage site to bring more possibilities to both customer’s experience of using takeout WeChat mini program and other takeout services in fast paced cities.
