摘    要:针对锅炉受热面积灰污染而造成锅炉运行经济性和安全性下降的问题,以华北某电厂600MW机组“W”火焰锅炉为研究对象,对其各受热面进行间隔1h连续2次吹灰试验,以确定各受热面污染率的上、下限,利用开发的基于锅炉运行热力参数的在线计算系统对试验过程中各受热面污染状况进行了实时监测。结果表明:当对流受热面在较长时间内不吹扫时,不会产生粘结性很强的积灰,对下一次除灰效果影响较小;对于试验结果确定的吹灰效果不佳的受热面,采用降低吹灰频率的方法,可有效提高其经济效益。试验结果验证了所开发的受热面污染监测模型的合理性与有效性。

Abstract:Ash fouling on heating surfaces is an important reason to deteriorate the economy and safety of boiler operation.Taking the 600 MW W-flame boiler of certain power plant for instance,two sootblowing experiments were conducted on the heating surface with 1 h of interval and the upper and lower limits were determined.The fouling characteristics of the heating surfaces were monitored with the real-time on-line monitoring system based on the thermodynamic parameters.The experiment result shows that ash can not adhere to the heating surfaces firmly and there is little impact on the next sootblowing effect in case of no sootblowing in given period.The operational economy may be improved with lower sootblowing frequency for those surfaces with inconspicuous sootblowing effect.The experimental results verified the rationality and effectivity of this on-line monitoring system.
