排水性沥青路面排水层防裂性能优化

摘    要:为了减缓排水性沥青路面水损害,提高排水性沥青路面排水层防裂性能,从添加纤维、采用不同TPS改性沥青和优化级配3个方面进行混合料防裂性能的优化设计。研究结果表明:在0GFC-13混合料中添加0.1%的纤维和采用TPS改性沥青不但能起到防裂的作用,而且对其排水性能影响较小;通过调整9.5 mm筛孔的通过率来研究其骨架结构形式,得出9.5 mm的通过率为50%~70%时其抗裂性能较好。

Abstract:In order to mitigate water damage of drainage asphalt pavement,improving cracking performance of drainage layer of drainage asphalt pavement,optimal design of mixtures crack control performance was made from 3 aspects:adding fiber、using different TPS modified asphalt and optimizing volumetric gradation. The results showed that adding 0.1%of fibers to mixture of OGFC-13 and using TPS modified asphalt can not only play a role in crack control,but also have little effect on drainage capability.By adjusting the pass rate of 9.5mm sieve,skeleton construction was researched and concluded that crack control performance was better at a pass rate of 50%to 70%by 9.5mm sieve.
