摘    要:本文介绍了柴油机滑动主轴承磨损状态的诊断研究,其中包括主轴承磨损状态的故障模拟试验、柴油机主轴承座和机座表面振动信号及相关热力参数的测定、振动信号的分析处理和监测与诊断柴油机滑动主轴承磨损状态的特征参数的提取。此研究为准确诊断柴油机的主轴承磨损状态提供了可行的方法。

Abstract:In this paper, research work has been carried out on wear condition diagnosis of main sliding bearings used for a diesel engine, which includes fault simulation test for main bearing wear condition of the engine; measurement of vibration signals from main bearing saddle and engine base surfaces, and relavant parameters as well; analysis of vibration signals, as well as pick-up of characteristic perameters allowed for monitoring and diagnosing the main sliding bearing wear condition of diesel engines. The research has provided a feasible method for accurate diagnosis of main bearing wear condition in diesel engines.
