缅甸某复杂铅锌多金属矿的浮选试验研究

摘    要:针对一种复杂的铅、锌多金属矿石进行研究,原矿含铅3.97%,含锌3.37%,铅的氧化率高达50%。根据条件试验研究结果,确定合理的药剂制度,铅锌分离时抑制剂采用ZnSO4+Na2SO3+Na2S组合,捕收剂选用乙硫氮;氧化铅采用硫化后浮选,捕收剂选用丁基黄药。闭路试验根据条件试验确定的药剂制度,得到最终选矿指标为:铅精矿总品位为53.01%,总回收率为91.62%,含锌为4.3%;锌精矿品位为56.95%,回收率为83.20%,含铅小于1.5%。

INVESTIGATION OF FLOATATION TEST OF COMPLEX POLYMETALLIC Pb-Zn ORES OF BURMA

Abstract:A kind of complex multi-metal Ag-Pb-Zn ore has been studied.The Pb grade of raw ore is 3.97% and Zn about 3.37% with oxidation rate of lead as high as 50%.The best reagent system is determined by conditional test results as following: the depressants of lead-zinc separation are the combination of ZnSO4,Na2SO3 and Na2S,the collector of sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate is chosen,the oxide lead uses floatation after sulfuration,and the collectors of the floatation is butyl xanthate.Closed circuit experiment is operated according to the reagent system confirmed by the condition test.The final process of the dressing is as below.The grade of lead is 53.01% and the recovery rate is 91.62%,with zinc content about 4.3%.The grade of the zinc is 56.95% and the recovery rate is 83.20%,with lead content less than 1.5%.
