薄层热反射隔热防腐涂料的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:研制了一种薄层热反射隔热防腐涂料,借鉴他人测试设备加以改进获得仿真太阳热反射测试设备,并用此设备对空心微珠添加量与粒度分布对漆膜的影响进行了分析。对涂料体系最优隔热性能厚度进行了测试。获得的隔热涂料采用聚酯树脂和质量分数为8%的空心微珠配制而成,其最佳隔热厚度为80μm,隔热性能、T弯、耐盐雾、耐人工气候老化性较普通市售涂料均有较大提高。

Abstract:A new heat-reflective insulation thin layer anti-corrosion coating was developed drawing on others test equipment to improve access to simulation of solar heat-reflective test equipment, the quality and the size bound of cenosphere were analyzed by the improved test equipment At the same time, the best thickness of the thermal insulation property were discussed. The insulating coating obtained by using polyester resin and the mass fraction of 8% for the preparation of cenosphere made of the optimum insulation thickness of 80μm; insulation, T bending, resistance to salt spray resistance, aging resistance as compared with ordinary artificial climate commercially available coatings were greatly enhanced.
