薄板坯连铸用保护渣

摘    要:薄板坯连铸用保护渣与厚板坯连铸用保护渣在其物理性能上有较大差异。薄板坯连铸保护渣应具有较低的粘度,较低的结晶、软化及熔融温度,合适的碱度以及较快的熔化速度。配制薄板坯连铸保护渣时应限制CaF2、Na2O的加入量,适量添加BaO、B2O3、Li2O、K2O和MgO等助熔剂是有益的。

Abstract:This paper descrihes the mould powder technque for thin slab CC. and indicates that adifference exists between the thin slab CC.and The normal slab CC. powder in physical properties;The former is characterized by lower viscosity , lower crystallization temperature,lower softening and melting temperature, proper basicity and higher melting rate. Limited content of CaF_2 and Na_2O and proper addition of BaO, B_2O_3,Li_2O,K_2O and MgO in preparation of mould powder are good for thin slab CC.
