| 摘 要： | 通过PLC构建了一个分布式温度控制系统,实现对车铣加工振动测试实验平台温度的自动控制。采用模糊控制方式,提出了新的控制策略。借助组态软件良好的人机界面,完成了温度的动态显示和实时温度曲线的记录,并实现远程控制,实现了系统的数字化、智能化、网络化。

| Abstract: | Design a distributed temperature control system for temperature of the turning and milling test platform with PLC. Use fuzzy control form, the new control tactics has been put forward. With the help of a good man-machine interface of configuration software. It can display temperature dynamically and record the real-time temperature curve. At the same time,the system can realize remote control, digitization, intelligence and network. |
