| 摘 要： | 随着输送长度和运行带速的增加,带式输送机的动态特性对输送机安全运行的影响越来越大,特别是启制动工况。运用ADAMS软件建立了带式输送机虚拟样机简化模型,并对启动过程进行了动态特性的仿真分析,得出了动态特性对时间的变化规律:动张力峰值一般出现在加速度最大的时间点附近,且随着启动时间的加长而峰值降低,启动时间在某一个数值以下时,可通过延长启动时间来达到改善带式输送机动态性能的目的。可为带式输送机动态特性的分析和研究提供一种新的方法。

| Abstract: | The dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyer exert greater influence on its safe operation,especially during the startup and braking process with the increase in the transportation length and the belt speed.The simplified model of the virtual conveyor prototype was built by ADAMS.The dynamic simulation of the conveyor during startup process was conducted,and the variation laws of the dynamic characteristics with time were obtained.The dynamic tension peak generally appeared at the time when the maximum acceleration occurred,and decreased with the startup time.While the startup duration was less than a certain value,lengthening the startup time could be applied to improve the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor.The study offered a new method of analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor. |
