大型喷烘两用喷漆室的工艺设计

摘    要:以大型钢结构、塔筒等工件的后处理设备中喷烘两用喷漆室的设计为例,介绍了喷漆、烘干状态下的工艺设计,并通过合理的设备和系统配置大幅度地减少了电力安装容量,降低了设备投资成本和运行成本。

Abstract:Taking the design of the large steel structure, tower and other parts of the post processing spray baking equipment and spray chamber for example, the process design of spray paint and drying condition were introduced, and through the allocation of substantial equipment and reasonable system reduced the power installed capacity, equipment investment and operation cost.
