区域电力市场中实用网损计算及分摊的研究

摘    要:为了在更大范围内实现资源的优化配置,许多国家、地区相继组建区域电力市场,我国区域电力市场的试点工作也率先在华东地区展开,我国辆阶段的区域电力市场采用双边交易的形式,且多为跨省交易,如何比较快速,准确地计算多笔交易共存所产生的系统总网损,合理地将系统总网损分摊到各笔交易,进一步将单笔交易网损分摊到各子区域,从而有效地对过网子区域进行网损补偿,是区域电力市场中亟待解决的问题,作者结合华东区域电力市场的实际,推导了“节点微增网损因子”“节点群微增网损因子”和“基于节点群的交易微增网损因子”计算公式,在此基础上,进一步阐述了如何将网损补偿到各子区域,并将所提出的网损分摊方案应用到IEEE30节点系统,计算结果证实了该方案是实用、有效,合理的。

Abstract:In order to implement the optimal allocation of resource in a wider range, the regional electricity markets are established in many countries and regions one after another. In China the experimental unit of regional electricity market is carried out in East China. In regional electricity market it is of great importance to calculate transmission losses, allocate total losses to each bilateral transaction and further to sub-region and compensate sub-regions for losses, and these problems are discussed. The concepts of Node Incremental Loss Factor, Node Group Incremental Loss Factor and Transaction Incremental Loss Factor are given and corresponding formulas are derived in the case of East China Regional Electricity Market. Furthermore, it is also discussed how to compensate for the losses occurred in the sub-region. Finally, the proposed method is tested with IEEE 30 bus system and the calculation results show this method is practical, effective and reasonable.
