主体参与式教学模式与《大学生职业发展与就业指导》课程的关系研究

摘    要:源自于人本主义心理学的主体参与式教学模式,是一种充分发挥师生的积极性、主动性和创造性,并致力于主体全面而自由发展的有效教学模式。《大学生职业发展与就业指导》课程的开设使职业生涯教育纳入就业指导体系,促进了以课程体系为核心的大学生职业生涯教育体系的建立。主体参与式教学模式的内涵特征及其在《大学生职业发展与就业指导》课程运用中的价值决定了其在课程改革中的必要性和可行性。

Abstract:The subject participatory teaching mode,derived from humanistic psychology,not only gives full play to teachers’ and students’ enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,but also it is dedicated to the free development of people.The course College Students Career Development and Employment Guidance makes career education into employment guidance system,and promotes the establishment of college students career education system,in which curriculum system acts the core.The features of the subject participatory teaching mode and the value of its use in college students career development and employment guidance determine its necessity and feasibility in course reform.
