基于PL的新型过程安全仿真培训系统

本文提出了一种基于ＰＬ的过程安全仿真培训系统的实现方法，系统以演绎推理替代复杂化工机理模型，具有便于开发的特点．操作工经它培训后，不仅能掌握处理各种常见故障的方法，同时也能了解产生故障的工艺根源，因而能收到良好的培训效果．

A novel process safety simulation training system based on process logic

A novel approach of developing process safety training system based on Process Logic (PL)was presented in the paper. In the PL training system, complicated chemical mechanical modeling method was replaced by IF/THEN reasoning method, so it is easily to be developed compared with conventional modeling method. After trained by the PL training system,process operators can not only master the methods of dealing with usual faults, but also know root causes of faults. So PL training system could bring good benefits to trainee in the end.
