取代度对阳离子淀粉性能的影响试验

摘    要:对不同取代度的阳离子淀粉的糊化温度、粘度、粘着力、耐磨性能和浆膜吸湿性能等指标进行了测试分析,得出了取代度变化对浆料性能的影响规律,并指出:由酸解淀粉制取的阳离子淀粉对纯棉纱的粘着力大于由玉米原淀粉制取的阳离子淀粉;阳离子淀粉的取代度控制在0.05左右为宜.

Abstract:Indexes of pasting temperature, viscosity, adhesive force, abrasion resistance, moisture adoption of size film and so on of cationic starch with different substitution degree were tested and analyzed, the influence regularity of substitution degree on size mixture property was got. The test shows that adhesive force to cotton yarn of the cationic starch prepared by acidolysis starch is higher than that of cationic starch prepared by corn starch. Substitution degree of cationic starch should be controlled near 0.05.
