摘    要:针对目前起重机的试验现状,提出了利用SolidWorks结合Simulation对80tonX58mH35M门式起重机柔性支腿进行三维建模和空间受力分析,在一定程度上替代了实际工程试验并突破了其局限性.利用计算机辅助分析方法对80tonX58mH35M门式起重机柔性支腿进行试验仿真研究,从而为设计80tonX58mH35M门式起重机及其重要结构件提供了信息,解决了样机试验中存在的问题.

Abstract:According to the present situation of the crane test,3D modeling and space force analysis using SolidWorks and Simulation for the flexible leg of 80tonX58mH35M door crane were presented.The method replaced the present practical engineering test and broke through its limits in certain degree.Using computer aided engineering analysis method,simulation research was done to the flexible leg of 80tonX58mH35M door crane so as to provide abundant information to the design of crane and important parts and solve the problems occurring in the experiment of prototype.
