基于PLC与变频器控制的带锯床自动下料设计

摘    要:对带锯床的工作原理、控制要求和工作流程进行了分析研究,针对带锯床大批量加工的特点,设计了基于PLC与变频器控制的带锯床自动下料系统,实现了自动送料、夹紧工件和自动计数的功能,使普通机床变成了自动化机床,解决了原机床效率低、安全性不高等问题,改变了带锯床切割不同材料的电机速度,为同类机床的改造提供了借鉴.

Abstract:Mter an analysis of and research on the operation principle, control requirements and work flow of gig saw, and in response to its features of processing in bulk, the automatic cutting system of gig saw based on PLC and transducer control is designed. Such system enables automatic loading, work - holding and counting, making a common machine tool an automatic one, solving the problem of inefficiency and poor safety. What's more, the speed of the electric motors could change when the gig saw is cutting different materials, which offers reference to the transformation of similar machine tools.
