| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the present situation in the first steel making plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Company,the method of Group ABC Management of prepared parts has been put forward.After the practice,it optimizing the storage structure,decreases the waste,shorts the days of working,promotes the economic efficiency. |
