| 摘 要： | 由于项目设计工期紧、基础资料不齐全、方案反复变化等因素，给保质保量完成设计任务带来了一定困难。但是这种情况已经成为设计市场的普遍规律，文章就如何处理好设计质量与设计工期的矛盾，阐述了一些的见解，提出了一些建设性的意见供同行参考。

| Abstract: | Due to the tight design term, the basic information is not complete and the scheme is changed repeatedly, it is hard to the design with quality assurance completely. This article expatiates how to deal with the contradiction between design quality and design term ,and gives some constructional opinions . |
