辅助老年人行走的智能安全内衣设计

为设计一款辅助老年人行走的智能安全内衣,首先应用模糊理论对50名60~80岁的行走不便的老年人进行调研,确定智能安全内衣的4个设计要素,包括尺寸合体、面料安全、智能元件、造型款式与工艺。阐述智能电子肌肉元件的设计原理,并结合人体工程学和中医学,确定辅助老年人行走及减轻腰腿疼痛的关键部位。然后采用嵌入式工艺将柔性智能电子肌肉元件置于人体阔背肌、髋骨肌、臀中肌、股四头肌部位,并从时尚性、安全性、智能性相结合的角度,介绍辅助老年人行走的智能安全内衣的款式设计、色彩设计和面料设计。设计开发的智能安全内衣具有增强肌肉紧度、促进血液流通、提高直立和行走稳定性的功能,而且美观、安全、舒适。

Design of Intelligent Safety Underwear for Assisting the Elderly in Walking

In order to design an intelligent safety underwear to assist the elderly in walking,the fuzzy theory was applied to investigate 50 elderly people aged 60~80 and with walking difficulties.Four design elements of intelligent safety underwear were determined,including size fit,fabric safety,smart components,styles and process.The design principle of intelligent electronic muscle components was expounded,and combined with ergonomics and traditional Chinese medicine,the key parts to assist the elderly in walking and reduce the pain of waist and leg were determined.The embedded technology was used to place the flexible intelligent electronic muscle components on human’s latissimus dorsi,hip muscles,gluteus medius and quadriceps femoris.From the perspective of fashion,safety and intelligence,the style design,color design and fabric design of smart safety underwear for assisting the elderly to walk were introduced.The intelligent safety underwear has the functions of enhancing muscle tightness,promoting blood circulation,improving uprightness and walking stability,which is beautiful,safe and comfortable.
