| 摘 要： | 在总承包工程建设中,投资控制尤为重要,投资控制的失败意味着总承包工程的失败,尽管建设项目的投资控制贯穿与项目建设的各个阶段,但是在项目最后的阶段竣工决算阶段的投资控制也是尤为重要的,如果不把竣工结算审核好,那么总承包工程的前面两个阶段所作的工程造价控制将失去意义。

| Abstract: | Investment control is the most important thing in the Engineering Project Contract projects.Fail of the investment control means fail of the EPC projects.Though investment control will be done during every phase of the projects,it is important to control investment during the last phase-the final account phase.If auditing the final account wouldn＇t be done well,it is no meaning to control project cost during the previous two phases in the EPC projects. |
