摘    要:以外反馈式恒压变量叶片泵为对象,利用AMESim软件搭建恒压变量叶片泵的转子定子连接器元件、配流盘超级元件和控制结构元件等关键元件的模型,对其进行仿真试验,分析负载、系统压力对叶片泵运行的影响,得到变量叶片泵在外负载作用下的流量、偏心距和输出压力的仿真曲线;研究了外反馈式恒压控制变量叶片泵的稳态特性和动力学特性,为叶片泵的设计、优化及故障诊断提供了理论依据。仿真试验结果表明:泵的偏心距和流量与输入负载信号的变化趋势相同,流量的波动随输出流量增大而增大。在实际运用中,为使泵工作在相对稳定的状态,必须调整好泵的负载。

Abstract:For the external feedback constant pressure variable vane pump,the key components of the rotor stator connector, the dispenser super element and the control structural element of the constant pressure variable vane pump were set up by AMESim software. The simulation test was carried out to analyze the influence of the load and the system pressure on the operation of the vane pump. The simulation curves of the flow rate, eccentricity and output pressure of the variable vane pump under external load were obtained. The steady state characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the external feedback constant pressure control variable vane pump were studied, which provided the theoretical basis for the design, optimization and fault diagnosis of the vane pump. The simulation results show that the trend of the eccentricity of the pump and the change of the flow rate are the same as the input load signal.Therefore, in practical use, in order to make the pump work in a relatively stable state, it is necessary to adjust the load of the pump.
